There are 16 touch-sensitive RGB illuminated MPC pads that are next-level. You can set the aftertouch to control things such as vibrato when doing a synth solo. This is the main reason why keyboard players like to use this instrument live. The key-bed is efficient for a MIDI controller, but the main thing here is that the MPK261 has aftertouch. You are going to want to have a fast computer or laptop with this controller in order to run all of the software.
